ये तु सर्वाणि कर्माणि मयि सन्न्यस्य मत्पराः | अनन्येनैव योगेन मां ध्यायन्त उपासते || ६ ||
ye tu sarvāṇi karmāṇi mayi sannyasya mat-parāḥ ananyenaiva yogena māṁ dhyāyanta upāsate
ye—those who; tu—but; sarvāṇi—all; karmāṇi—actions; mayi—unto Me; sannyasya—surrendering; mat-parāḥ—devoted to Me as supreme; ananyena—without division; eva—certainly; yogena—by yoga practice; mām—Me; dhyāyantaḥ—meditating; upāsate—worship.
“But those who worship Me, surrendering all actions to Me, regarding Me as the Supreme goal, meditating on Me with undivided yoga —”
The word 'ananyena' — undivided, without another — is the key. The pure devotee has no other refuge, no other goal, no other sustenance than the Lord. All actions, performed in body and mind, are offered to Krishna. This is the highest expression of karma-yoga purified into bhakti — where surrender is complete and the devotee lives solely for the Divine.
Practice offering each action to the Divine before beginning it. The cook offers the cooking, the student offers the study, the parent offers the parenting. This is not mere ritual formality but a genuine shift of orientation — from 'I am doing this for myself' to 'I am doing this as service to the whole.'
