rudro bahuśirā babhrurviśvayoniḥ śuciśravāḥ | amṛtaḥ śāśvatasthāṇurvarāroho mahātapāḥ || 13 ||

He who makes all beings weep at the time of cosmic dissolution; or He who drives away sorrow

#116बहुशिराःbahuśirāḥ

He of many heads; the cosmic being whose heads are countless, as described in the Purusha Sukta

#117बभ्रुःbabhruḥ

He who supports the entire world; the sustainer who bears all beings
